The English abstract should be basically corresponding to the Chinese abstract, and may be slightly extended. The abstract should highlight new and important aspects of the study or observation. For a manuscript suitable for writing a structured abstract, the abstract should include four parts: objective, method, result and conclusion. For manuscripts that are not suitable for a structured abstract, the abstract can be written as an indicative abstract, -reporting abstract or-reporting-indicative abstract. Except in special circumstances, the abstract should not have figures, tables, chemical structural formula, references, public symbols and abbreviations.

2.7 Statistical Methods

The name and main method of the study design and the name and version number of the statistical software used should be informed. Quantitative data of normal distribution were expressed as 'X±SD, and those of skewed distribution were expressed as M (QR). The specific name of the statistical analysis method used shall be indicated (such as t test of group design data, analysis of variance of two-factor factorial design data, etc.). The specific values of statistics (such as t, χ2, F, etc.) and P value shall be given. The P value shall be accurate to 3 decimal places, and the statistics shall be accurate to 2 decimal places; When P is less than 0.000, if the number of significant digits is taken to 3 decimal places, P<0.001 should be written instead of P =0.000. When the comparison between two groups is involved, the comparison method shall be described, and the specific test value may not be provided. When the estimation of population parameters (such as population mean, population rate, RR value, OR value, HR value, etc.) is involved, the 95% confidence interval shall be given when the significance test result is given. In principle, P value cannot replace the confidence interval.

2.8 chart

Figures and tables should complement, not repeat, the text. Each drawing and table shall have a concise title in Chinese and English. Form the three line table format, if necessary, can add auxiliary line. The vertical and horizontal headings of the table shall be arranged reasonably, and the meaning of the data shall be expressed clearly; The data in the table shall have the same number of decimal places for the same indicator. The explanatory data shall be placed in the notes below the chart, and all non-public abbreviations used in the chart shall be indicated in the notes. Figure shoulds not be too big, the maximum width of half column figure is not more than 7.5 cm, banner figure is not more than 16.0 cm, the proportion of height and width should be mastered in 5:7 or so. The type of graph shall match with the nature of data, and the scale value on the number axis shall be marked in accordance with mathematical principles. Photographs should have good definition and contrast. If a person's portrait is published, the person's written consent shall be obtained, or the part of the portrait that can be identified shall be covered. The gross specimen photos should be marked with scale in the figure, and the pathological photos should be marked with staining method and magnification. All images should be submitted in the original file, in tiff or PDF format of 300dpi, and uploaded in sequence when submitting the manuscript.

Note that the unit name and unit symbol shall not be mixed. For example, ng· kg-1·day-1 shall be changed to ng·kg-1·d-1; When there is more than one slash indicating division in the combined unit symbol, it shall be expressed in the form of negative power, e.g. ng/kg/min shall be expressed in the form of ng·kg-1·min-1; Slashes and negative powers cannot be mixed in combination units. The amount of symbols are in italics, such as absorbance (old optical density) symbol for A (italics).

2.10 Numeric

Implement GB/T 15835 - 1995 Regulations on the Usage of Numbers in Publications. The Gregorian calendar century, year, month, day, time and counting, measurement are used in the number of places. For example/"1,329.476,5" should be written as "1 329.476 5." But the ordinal number and year, page number, unit designation, instrument type, standard number is not segmented. The scope of the percentage and deviation, before a number of percent symbol cannot be omitted, such as: 5% ~ 95% don't write 5~95%, 50.2%+0.6% don't write 50.2 + 0.6%. Multiply the values with dimensional units and write as follows: 4 cm× 3 cm × 5 cm instead of 4×3× 5 cm 3.

2.11 statistical symbol

It shall be written in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB 3358 - 82 Statistical Terms and Symbols, commonly used as follows:①The arithmetic mean of the sample is in English lowercase m (the median is still in M); ② Standard deviation is SD; ③ Standard error is lowercase s;④ t-test is lowercase t; ⑤ Capital F for F test;⑥ Small χ 2 for Chi-square test;⑦The correlation coefficient is r in small letters;⑧ Degree of freedom is expressed in lowercase v;⑨Probability is expressed in capital P (specific test value shall be given before P value, such as t value, χ2 value, q value, etc.). The above symbols are in italics.
